To promote independence and normalisation of residents life.


To encourage independence through choice, responsible risk taking and decision-making.

To act as a link between residents and statutory and voluntary mental health services and community activities available in the Borough.

To provide emotional and practical support with a view to maximise the residents quality of life.
To provide support / information in relation to employment, training and education.
